It’s a satirical movie about American politics. So I guess if you don’t like America, or American politics, you’ll probably enjoy this satirical tone and the breaking of the fourth wall, which adds even more irony to the movie. Or you’ll be very bored.

I was a bit of both. I enjoyed parts of it, especially when the movie pretends to be over half way through (just a tiny spoiler) but I also found it a bit lengthy and annoying. But maybe I was just not in the right mood for a political movie.
